  • Can I really use the service for free?
    Yes. You can use the service for free up to 40 minutes and 2 people everyday.
  • What do I need to enjoy this service?
    You will need a PC and earphones.*We recommend Google Chrome for PC browser.It may not operate properly with other browsers.*Earphones with a microphone is better.
  • Can more than 2 people sing at a time?
    Yes. However, we do not recommend singing with more than 2 people at a time because of the sound delay.
  • Microphone's icon does not appear
    Please change the camera's settings from ''Block'' to ''Allow'' from the 🔒 mark to the left of the URL. After changing the settings, please reload the page.
  • My voice seems to sound soft to the participants
    Please try the following methods to fix the problem.・Turn down the music volume of the YouTube video・Adjust the echo・Turn off the echo
  • I want to enjoy the service with no time restriction and no limit on the number of participants
    Please go to the application screen from HERE and complete the payment by following the steps below."Slect this plan" → Log in → "Slect this plan" → Please complete the payment by following the procedures
  • From where can I change my payment information?
    Please change your payment information by following the steps below."Settings" → "Billing Info" → Credit Card → Edit Card → Click "Save
  • I want to cancel the charged plan
    Please cancel the plan by following the steps below."Settings" → "Plans & subscription details" → Party plan → Cancel Plan → Click "OK
