Due to coronavirus, it has become difficult to establish over-the-counter sales. With YouConnect's language barrier-free technology, consumers and stores can connect in real time, and stores can serve and sell to overseas customers all in Japanese.

User perspective
"You Connect Shopping" is the first service in history

Store staff and consumers are connected via live video, and
customers purchase products through conversations with salespeople, just like in regular in-store sales. Customer service is carried out through the video. Even without special camera equipment, users can participate with a smartphone or tablet. 
 

Since we will attract customers to the store, salespeople need only serve customers as usual when they visit. 

Since the video connecting the parties is language barrier-free, shop staff will give their usual explanations in Japanese, and visitors will ask questions in their native language. This will be then translated 

Payment will be made with a credit card that the visitor  makes at the time of registration. The handling fee is only 3.6%. (Companies participating in the 1st term do not pay initial costs, system usage fees, etc.)

Q: What is the difference from the existing live commerce? 
A: ①Since there is no need to serve customers in Chinese, anyone can sell to Chinese customers directly.
     ②As YouConnect Shopping is not a livestream, users can visit the store at any time they like, just like with normal store sales.
(Those without live commerce can conduct normal store sales.)

Q: How can I attract customers in China?
A: We will attract customers to "You Connect Shopping" with the cooperation of our specialized partners.

Q: Can I use ordinary English speakers for customer service and explanation?
A: Yes. Please continue to serve Japanese customers at regular stores.

Q: What is the accuracy of the translation?     
A: The translation accuracy is almost perfect.
     If you speak your own language slowly and in an easy-to-understand manner, voice recognition will be performed with high accuracy.

Q: How will the delivery be done?
A: Please respond in the same way as in a delivery request at a regular store.
